Mandhari is a Swahili word for scenery,view, sight. The owners of this hilltop home could not have found a more fitting name. From the veranda you will enjoy panoramic views of Carriacou and the out islands, which sweep through 270 degrees. Watch the small 9 seater planes landing and taking off, and the boats as they come and go. Relax with a cool drink as the sun dips below the horizon and watch for the fabled “green flash” or just enjoy the sunset. (See location 10 on the map of Carriacou.)
On the pool sun deck you can relax and enjoy the view and you may even be lucky enough to have a rainbow in the pool!
Accommodation:
Open plan living/dining/kitchen area, furnished with locally made furniture, double doors lead from the living area and kitchen to the outdoor dining veranda. Very well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, full cooker and all you need to cater for 6 persons. On the main house level there are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the lower, pool level is a third double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a laundry room.
